"What could be more fun than a sexy, all-girl group?" Sara, founding member of the GonnaBees, was often heard to ask. And her up-beat answer usually included the candid, "Except for spending every f*k*g second of your life with two other totally self-absorbed bitch divas." But Sara stuck with her mission: to find two soon-to-be stars that most exemplified her group's philosophy: All About Us! And so, in less than a day, a determined Sara was able to form the GonnaBees. It began outside a recording studio where she ran into Nicole taking a break from jingle singing. Our teen visionary convinced the gorgeous Madonna-clone to give up a paying gig and make history with the GonnaBees. Who says there's no such thing as girl power? An hour later, Sara kidnapped the stunning Kaella from her part-time job at the mall hawking low-fat pork rinds. After brief stopovers at Marc Jacobs, Bulgari and Brite Smile, the brand new GonnaBees still had time left over to record their first hit, "Queen of Pop." A story found only in the tabloids? No doubt. But, girlfriend, every word is just so totally true.
